How do you pay us?

The video said "dead leads," so do you need information on my existing clients?
Yes, that is correct. We are able to reach out to dead leads in a filing cabinet and make conversions on this.

However, our most successful partners use us to work with their existing clients. Since they already know some specifics, due to qualifying them previously, this speeds up the future loan process. Also, leveraging our "Analysis report," in conjunction with knowing how much equity their client has gained, makes the prequalification easy on their next purchase. So, even though we can work with dead leads, our process works best when working with existing clients.

What kind of information would you need from our existing clients?
Other than basics, like name, phone #, and email address, most brokers have all the basic and generic information needed for us to generate our reports. Which doesn’t even require them talking to the client. We need answers to these 4 questions: original loan amount? Interest rate? Monthly payment? and the month and year, or date, of when the loan was originated? That’s it! We can generate our reports with this information.

Many of our broker partners find it beneficial to just send these details to us "at" or "before" closing, using their unique code so that the report is already generated. This allows them to "predict" and "forecast" future pre-qualification loans early, and preemptively put in a "course of action" to prompt these new clients for future rental investment opportunities, 6 - 12 months down the road.
